Travel Planning Agreement

This Travel Planning Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Go Confidently Curated Journeys, operated by Rose Valle, an Affiliated Fora Travel Advisor ("Advisor"), and the undersigned Client ("Client").

By signing this Agreement, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Scope of Services

Go Confidently Curated Journeys provides personalized travel planning and booking services through its affiliation with Fora.

Services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Destination consultation

  • Hotel and resort recommendations and reservations

  • Cruise recommendations and reservations

  • Vacation package recommendations

  • Customized itinerary design

  • Transportation planning

  • Restaurant recommendations

  • Authentic local experiences

  • Sightseeing suggestions

  • Interactive Google Maps

  • Practical travel guidance

  • Booking assistance with preferred travel suppliers

Recommendations and planning are based on the information provided by the Client during the planning process.

Personalized Planning

Every traveler—and every journey—is unique.

While many travel advisors focus primarily on booking hotels, cruises, and vacation packages, Go Confidently Curated Journeys also offers comprehensive itinerary planning tailored to your interests, travel style, and pace.

Customized planning services may include:

  • Daily itineraries

  • Interactive Google Maps

  • Transportation guidance

  • Train and ferry recommendations

  • Restaurant recommendations

  • Authentic local experiences

  • Sightseeing suggestions

  • Reservation reminders

  • Practical travel tips

  • Destination logistics

Planning fees, when applicable, are based on the scope and complexity of the requested services and will always be discussed and agreed upon before planning begins.

Advisor Relationship

Go Confidently Curated Journeys provides travel planning and booking services through its affiliation with Fora.

Advisor acts as an intermediary between the Client and independent travel suppliers and does not own, operate, or control any travel supplier.

Independent Travel Suppliers

Advisor may arrange travel services with independent suppliers including, but not limited to:

  • Hotels

  • Resorts

  • Airlines

  • Cruise lines

  • Tour operators

  • Transportation providers

  • Destination Management Companies (DMCs)

  • Activity providers

  • Guides

  • Restaurants

  • Insurance companies

Advisor is not responsible for the acts, omissions, negligence, bankruptcy, financial default, cancellations, schedule changes, delays, overbookings, labor disputes, weather events, government actions, mechanical failures, or any other circumstances beyond Advisor's reasonable control.

Destination Expertise

Through Advisor's affiliation with Fora, the Client may benefit from access to preferred hotel partners, trusted travel suppliers, Destination Management Companies (DMCs), and local destination experts.

These relationships may provide valuable local knowledge, transportation assistance, authentic experiences, restaurant recommendations, destination support, and preferred partner amenities when available.

Availability of benefits varies by supplier and destination.

Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide complete and accurate traveler information.

  • Review all confirmations and travel documents immediately upon receipt.

  • Verify that traveler names exactly match government-issued identification.

  • Confirm travel dates, accommodations, transportation, and reservations.

  • Notify Advisor immediately of any discrepancies.

  • Obtain all required travel documentation.

  • Comply with supplier policies and payment deadlines.

Failure to review travel documents does not relieve the Client of responsibility.

Passports, Visas & Entry Requirements

The Client is solely responsible for obtaining:

  • Valid passports

  • Required visas

  • Entry permits

  • Vaccination requirements

  • Health documentation

  • Customs documentation

Advisor may provide general guidance but cannot guarantee current government entry requirements, which may change without notice.

Travel Insurance

Advisor strongly recommends purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.

Travel insurance may provide protection for:

  • Trip cancellation

  • Trip interruption

  • Medical expenses

  • Emergency medical evacuation

  • Lost baggage

  • Travel delays

  • Supplier financial default

The Client acknowledges that travel insurance has been recommended.

If the Client declines travel insurance, they accept responsibility for any financial loss that may result from unforeseen circumstances.

Pricing & Availability

Travel prices and availability are subject to change until reservations are confirmed.

Advisor cannot guarantee:

  • Pricing

  • Availability

  • Airline schedules

  • Hotel inventory

  • Exchange rates

  • Taxes

  • Government fees

  • Resort fees

  • Supplier surcharges

All prices are subject to supplier availability at the time of booking.

Changes & Cancellations

Changes requested after reservations have been confirmed may result in:

  • Supplier penalties

  • Fare differences

  • Additional planning fees

  • Cancellation charges

All supplier cancellation policies apply.

Force Majeure

Advisor shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, interruptions, or losses caused by events beyond Advisor's reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Severe weather

  • Wildfires

  • Earthquakes

  • Floods

  • Pandemics

  • Epidemics

  • Government actions

  • Border closures

  • Political unrest

  • Terrorism

  • Labor strikes

  • Mechanical failures

  • Airline disruptions

  • Supplier insolvency

  • Acts of God

Limitation of Liability

Advisor shall not be liable for any injury, illness, death, accident, delay, inconvenience, property damage, financial loss, emotional distress, or additional expense arising from the acts or omissions of independent travel suppliers or events beyond Advisor's reasonable control.

Advisor's total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount of professional planning fees paid directly to Advisor.

Intellectual Property

Customized itineraries, maps, travel guides, recommendations, and planning materials created by Go Confidently Curated Journeys are provided for the Client's personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

Acceptance of Terms

By submitting the form below, the Client acknowledges that:

  • They have read and understand this Agreement.

  • They understand the scope of services being provided.

  • They understand Advisor acts as an intermediary between the Client and independent travel suppliers.

  • They understand that travel involves risks beyond Advisor's control.

  • They understand that travel prices and availability may change.

  • They understand that planning fees, if applicable, compensate Advisor for professional planning services.

  • They acknowledge that travel insurance has been recommended.

  • They agree to these Terms and Conditions.
